This product is not a toy. This product is only to be used with a shopping cart, and only with a shopping cart that has intact security straps. Never use with a shopping cart that has broken or missing straps. This product is not a replacement for adult supervision. Recommended for children ages 6 mos. to 3 years. Never leave a child unattended in a shopping cart.

Under no circumstances and under no theory shall company be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties and/or incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.
